We envision a world where the social impact workforce is defined by its stability, dignity, and excellence. Our vision is to transform the "adult helping professions" into career pathways of high-status with expert-level compensation and where these professionals have parity level resources compared to similar professions. We see a future where "Heart" and "Hustle" are no longer in conflict, but are harmonized through research-backed systems that prioritize the humanity of the helper while also funding and respecting their professional innovation.
